Basic Eye Care Tips

Eye Care
  1. Take A vitamin diet to make face lighter. (papaya, egg, seafood, use, cilantro etc.,)
    Wash face with cold water to get glowing face. 
  2. Put cut cucumber over your face to cure black groups.
  3. Put spud rounds on your eye to get rid off those black groups.
  4. Soak amla instantaneously in water and use this water the next morning to wash the eyes.
  5. Relax natural cotton in Henry warm use and cover eyes with it for 15 min.
  6. To ease tired face, dip cotton shields in cold use and place on shut face for 10 minutes. Now relax completely.
  7. To absolutely rest the face and the nearby muscle tissue, shut your face and think of something that is pleasurable or comforting and at a range. Now softly start your face and look into the range. Next concentrate on an item at arm's duration. Do this incredibly comforting exercise four or five times a day.
  8. If your eye twitches, or your face are red and sensation scratchy, rub your hair with curd.

  11.
